General Objective: To compare Malunggay (Moringa oleifera) with ferrous sulfate in preventing anemia among pregnant patients in the Out Patient Department of a Tertiary Hospital

Specific objectives:
1. To determine the effect of Malunggay (Moringa oleifera) supplements in the hemoglobin and hematocrit levels during pregnancy.
2. To determine if Malunggay (Moringa oleifera) capsules can be better tolerated by pregnant patients in the Out Patient Department of a Tertiary Hospital
